I wanted to make this post to remind everyone (especially myself) that we can do this. Yes it's hard but we can do this and this thread is meant to be here to remind us of that when it's tough and we're tempted.

If you've sh'd recently don't feel down on yourself. 1 day is a victory. 1 week is a victory.

I have been SH free for 8 months, 1 week, 6 days.

Good idea for a thread, it's always good to see it written down.

13 weeks today, but the last SH I did was just a tiny scratch and I wouldn't normally count it, so last proper SH was about a a month, maybe 2 before that.

8 and 6 months are both brilliant, well done folks  :thumbsup:
