i have been feel very down and upset recently. as i stuggle to maintain a good weight and  my sh has got out of control. i feel like having up to my feeling. i have losed my friends recently, and social worker thinks that i am copping welll as she wants me to move.

sounds like a few things going on.  is it possible to talk to your social worker about all these worries, explain that youre not coping as well as she thinks.
