Been a difficult day. Been out and about went for walk first thing and then again this afternoon, try and clear my head. Didn't really work so got my tools ready but didn't go through with it. Managed to put them away. Feel a bit better now, as if getting so close but not cutting has helped. Should be ok tonight, not sure about tomorrow though.

Yeah, will probably go to gym in the afternoon and might do some work in the morning even though it is holiday. Only a bit of work though; I'm not that dedicated.

Haven't been to the flicks in years, not much of a film fan. Never have been really but don't have the concentration for them these days either which doesn't help. If I did go I'd be by myself and it would probably just make me feel more alone. Other than that its a good idea. Sorry, it is a good idea really, just I'm miserable sod.

Shopping centre might be a better idea, but not many of them about when you live in the back of beyond. Also would suggest a possibility of spending money. We Yorkshiremen have a hard won reputation for being careful with our pennies and I for one am doing all I can to live up to it.

Thanks for the suggestions though, really appreciate it and all your posts. As I say I'm just a miserable sod at times; my fault not yours.  littlehug1
