I don't know,just seems right,the way to still my head,everything hurts so much,

I know its bad Hunni, but you will just replace it with more pain, physical, mental and emotional. So it just swaps one hurt for another, and worse. I know sometimes you think you deserve the pain. If that's also part of it tonight you know thats wrong as well. You don't deserve any of this.

Have you taken your meds tonight, will they help calm your head?

Can you get the guineas out again if they've eaten?

Don't take physch meds,taken the physical meds,nothing seems to work anymore my head just wants to rule my life,I constantly fight myself and I've had enough. M's gone to bed so I have as well,she needs rest has an english exam tomorrow,just sitting crying

Head is still whizzing but body is still not shaking now,so that's good. Keep looking at tool stupid I know,trying not to use,trying to hang on to that appt tomorrow.
