Tomorrow it would be one month since my last self harm, today I have really strong urges to cut. I've tried since 10am to speak to either my SW or my CPN but neither of them has been available. To distract I've dealt with some money worries, watched some catch up TV, made some earrings and read my book. I'm so close to caving and cutting my arms.  |

Hi Hun, do you have any college work to be getting on with to help keep you occupied. I think you also said a while ago you were going to start trying to get a bit of exercise, maybe you could go out for a walk if weathers ok?   |

I cut, steri stripped them and covered them.
Feel very low and sad.
Had an email from my sister a couple of days ago and didn't know how to reply, struggle to relate to her.

Sorry you cut Hun, but whats done is done; glad you've looked after your cuts though. Are you feeling low because of cutting or is there something else? Don't know what to say about your sister except I struggle relating to anyone so understand a bit how you feel, but have nothing useful to say at all. Hope you'll be safe now. Look after yourself.  |

Just low as I haven't seen anyone since Friday, thought things would get back to normal today but it still feels like a bank holiday cos haven't spoke to anyone.

Have my voluntary work tomorrow so will see D and maybe K.
I never chat to friends on the phone, did take some pics of the cats this afternoon and text them to my sister and a friend who replied saying they were very cute.
Am watching the soaps at the moment but might go to bed and read my book for a bit soon.
