I didn't get through to anyone, but I wrote a letter and put it through cmht doors after work. Asking the psych to ring me, and explaining how I felt about the situation, the fact I've been in and out of f2f since I was 14. Etc.

So hopefully they'll ring today.

I'm exhausted. Mum just told me that I don't need my meds. 'They make you not sleep, your always tired. Your not mental' *sighs* she has no idea.

Well done for getting the letter to them.  That was a hugely positive step.  I hope that they ring you and you can get some satisfactory answers to your questions.

Drs and cmht spoke to me today, I have an appt for the 17th but had to ring back and cancel but that's a college day. He said he's gonna ring me back. He hasn't rang me back.

I'm feeling awful. Numb. Dead inside. It's effecting everything, college, work, life, everything. And nobody is taking me seriously.
