I have been sociable and organised an incredibly busy day tomorrow.

I went swimming for the first time this term. Went to the library and got some work done. Managed a 'normal' food shop despite setting out to do otherwise.

Proud of myself yesterday for doing a great big tidy of the house, and looking after my Mr properly when he came back from the hospital, despite feeling like a bit of a wreck.

Proud of Mr today for seeing my absolute exhaustion in the morning, and him managing to let me have a break in bed  :13886:

I went out to see a film on my own this evening when I was tempted to waste my ticket cos I was scared of coming home in the dark.
When you feel like letting go, hold on.

Courage does not always roar.
Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
"I will try again tomorrow".
