I have not 'proof' as such. Haven't seen cuts but... She's got scratches on her arms (not done with a tool more with finger nails)

Call me paranoid. But this is how I started. Scratching my arm til it bled... Then I moved on to sharper things.

Her music taste has turned very dark, the lyrics are very sh related. And she just seems 'off'

you could print some info from the site and leave where you know your sister will find them and put a note saying that if she wants to talk about things you are there for her

I guess I could? I may unblock her on msn and ask her if she's ok. (Like I said we don't get along - tho mum says she looks up to me)

She's 13. I was 14 when I started harming. I really hope she isn't!!

Hopefully your sister isnt harming hun but I guess if she is, at least she has a big sister that really gets it.

I didnt get on with my older brother when we were younger but I always looked up to him regardless, its likely its the same for your sister

Unblocking her on msn sounds like a good idea hun, even if she doesnt take you up on it right now, it will let her know that you're there for her if she needs you
