A NOTTINGHAM charity wants to raise awareness of self-harming as part of a national campaign.
The National Self Harm Network is one of the organisations involved in the Self Harm Awareness Day on Monday.
The registered charity offers services across the county to support people directly affected by self-harm. It aims to help them explore reasons for their self-harming and to seek appropriate professional help.
Staff offer training to professional organisations, universities, charities and user groups.
The network is launching a new helpline running from 7pm to 11pm on 0800 6226000.
We're very pleased This is Nottingham were able to run this article to highlight both Sef Harm Awareness Day and the recent launch of our helpline which is based in Nottingham.
