Hi Cremeegg, it is really reaaly difficult but it sounds to me you're doing the right things. The most important advice is in the three C's at the topmof this page and to take it one day at a time, I really do understand as my daughter has been SHing for 6 years despite a three year break, hang on in there and remember there's plenty of support on this board.
