The charity is now offering 'snap wraps'. These are an excellent distraction technique that can be used on wrists or ankles. The wraps come as a flat band but when slapped against the wrist they wrap around. They can then be re-straightend easily as they snap back into their original form and can be continually re-used. The wraps are simply orange (colour of self harm awareness) with 'nshn' printed in black on the strip. An example can be viewed here:
http://www.promota.co.uk/products/2007/2007_7202.jpgThese will be sent free to current charity members and will also be supplied free to new charity members.
