What have you achieved today?
What made you feel happy today?
Did anything upset you today?
Is there a way you can make yourself feel better tomorrow?
1. Talking and communicating with people my own age for the first time since October.
2. Catching up with friends without being frightened.
3. Cutting myself badly because of seeing things and nightmares/night terrors.
4. Taking care of and soothing the cuts, relaxing with a good comforting book!

Good idea for a thread :-)
1. Fought some overwhelming urges to call in sick and went to work, despite feeling at an all time low. Onnce there I attended 4 unexpected meetings without a grumble or sarcastic remark, and volunteered for. 2 others tomorrow.
2. Messing about and laughing with my colleagues, being listened to/taken seriously, the sun still shining when I left work
3. The completely irrational depression I woke up with
4. Have a relaxed and stress free evening with my husband, watch something funny omn tv and get an early night
