I am 46 and have recently started SH again.

I have been speaking to a counsellor about SA in my teen years and am finding it very hard.

The release for my emotions is out through my skin

I have read some of the posts and find you all really really brave for sharing this.

You are not weak. Just struggling. Don't give yourself such a hard time.
